Abstract
Description
This is a staged performance of a traditional ceremonial song called Naaliveypu. The song is about elements in nature, the forest, the hills, the earth, the forefathers. It is a familiar folk song sung on various occasions. The song retells the story of how the forefathers traveled across the hills, forests, and different mountain passes.
